If your rail service is significantly delayed or impacted, our team will contact you via the mobile number provided to us at the time of booking. If we contact, you via phone call we will call from +61 7 2145 9700. We recommend saving this number in your phone, this will ensure your device recognises it as a trusted number and will make it easier for you to identify us if we call or send an SMS.​
