Accessibility statement
At Queensland Rail Travel, we're on a mission to improve accessibility with tools and resources designed to help get you on your way. We understand that everybody’s journey is different.
Around one third of our customers have a disability, with varying accessibility requirements and levels of independence, so it is important that we cater for these customers, by making our websites accessible for everyone, including those using assistive technologies.
The goal is to reach the widest audience possible and follow the principles outlined in the
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA. We are working to continuously improve both the accessibility and user experience of our websites.

Business to Business documents
This website contains a range of business to business (B2B) documents, located within our Trade Toolbox site, that are not designed for general public or customer use. These documents are primarily intended for our trade partners, such as travel agents, domestic and international wholesalers, Inbound Tour Operators, information centres etc, to assist them in the booking of rail travel for their customers.
While we do our best to ensure these documents are as accessible as possible, it may not always be reasonably practicable to make all content fully compliant with digital accessibility standards.
Queensland Rail is committed to accessibility across its digital services. Where a document is not fully accessible, we will use reasonable endeavours to provide accessible alternatives or assistance upon request. If you experience difficulty accessing any content on this website, please contact us using the details provided below, and we will work with you to supply the information in an alternative format where reasonably practicable.
Queensland Rail regularly reviews its content and prioritises accessibility improvements where feasible. Feedback on the accessibility of this website and its documents is welcomed and will help inform future enhancements.
