At Queensland Rail Travel, we're on a mission to improve accessibility with tools and resources designed to help get you on your way. We understand that everybody’s journey is different.
Around one third of our customers have a disability, with varying accessibility requirements and levels of independence, so it is important that we cater for these customers, by making this website accessible for everyone, including those using assistive technologies.
The goal is to reach the widest audience possible and follow the principles outlined in the

- We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards wherever possible on our website, and are in the process of official certification.
- Our online booking system is third-party software managed by an external provider. We are assessing its accessibility and will make recommendations to improve its accessible features.
