​Welcome to Queensland Rail Travel’s Agent Portal, here you’ll find everything you need to get started and to troubleshoot. 

Agent Portal enables you to: make a new long-distance rail booking in Rail Search; book a Travel Pass; view bookings that are yet to travel, download customer travel documents and amend or cancel future bookings in My bookings.

If you require urgent assistance with an online booking, please call our Customer Contact Centre on 1800 806 468 (International: +61 7 3606 6630) from 7am to 7pm (AEST), seven days a week (excluding Christmas Day).

Don’t forget, bookings are open for all long-distance services, for travel until 31 March 2025. Timetables change on 2 September 2024.
